The  LPG Gas  crematorium  is  built  with  double chamber  cremation  furnace  with a  strong  cremation bed  and  secondary  air  holes.Primary Chamber :Fully insulated internal refractory lining, constructed from high grade refractory brick (OSSPL Make) ensuring a self-supporting interlocked arrangement, hot hearth design.One hot hearth combustion burner (OSSPL Make), temperature controlled on-off, complete with internal air fans.One waste ignition burner (OSSPL Make), temperature controlled on-off, complete with internal air fans (OSSPL Make).One temperature control sensorSecondary Chamber :Fully insulated internal refractory lining, constructed from high grade low thermal mass insulation. The shell of the furnace casing is fabricated from heavy gauge(3.5 mm and 5 mm) mild steel sheets.Dimension:Approx. depth : 3070mmApprox. width :2100mmApprox. height : 3270mmELEMENTPower Metallurgy wire, Kanthal, AL/NI chrome wire in spiral form designed to work at low watt density.
